* Completing and submitting relevant school forms, including travel arrangements, absence or weekend requests, school activity or school trip arrangements, letters of undertaking, and other required documentation via school parent portals or internal school systems
* Attendance at school events when appropriate or invited by the school, such as Graduation Balls, university preparation workshops, Open Days, Speech Days, international student celebrations, career and university events, Duke of Edinburgh activities, Carol Services, Sports Days, music and arts performances, and other important school events
* Attendance at parents’ meetings, coffee meetings, or school and guardian meetings, as well as communication with schools on behalf of parents when appropriate
* Taking appropriate action and providing support when students receive detentions or other disciplinary concerns from school
* Supporting students with academic improvement plans where additional guidance or monitoring is requested by the school
* Arranging school holiday travel plans and providing identification verification where required by the school
* Supporting student wellbeing where concerns are raised by the school or guardian, and ensuring appropriate follow-up action is taken
