PA (Personal Assistance) : Our additional Support Services

Prima Guardian (PG) is not an agency. We operate as a dedicated, full time educational guardianship service, providing practical, pastoral, and wellbeing support primarily to Thai international students and their families throughout their studies in the UK.

Some of the services listed below are included within our Premium Full Package (marked with *).

PG Additional Support Services (PA)

• Thai–English interpretation and parent communication support *

• Thai cultural, wellbeing, homesickness, and pastoral support via phone, messaging, and video calls *

• Guidance on trusted educational and visa service providers *

• GP and NHS registration assistance *

• Support with UK bank accounts, SIM card setup, and online shopping *

• School and university visits (additional charges may apply)

• Support with access to healthcare services, vaccinations, and wellbeing resources *

• Assistance with arranging and accompanying students to GP, hospital, dental, optical, and other healthcare appointments when requested by parents or schools

• Mental health coordination and emotional wellbeing support, working alongside schools, parents, and healthcare professionals where appropriate *

• Transport support for visiting parents

• Short term storage support in urgent situations

• Birthday card and gift arrangements on behalf of parents (upon request; gift and administration charges apply)

• General student welfare support and personal assistance (additional charges may apply)
